"When the suggestion of remixing in ATMOS a record I had made over 50 years prior, a record I was and still am extremely proud of, it was with much trepidation that I agreed. I knew that the learning curve with this new technology was too great and that I would need to work with another engineer, something I hadn’t done in many years. Thankfully a brief chat at an MPG awards dinner led me to Emre Ramazanoglu and after further discussion the decision to work together was settled. I could not have asked for a better partner in this new venture. Emre’s musical feel and technical knowledge has enabled me to be as proud of this new version as I was/am of the original. Thanks to Emre “The Rise And Fall Of Ziggy Stardust And The Spiders From Mars” lives on in today’s world and I so look forward to doing more with him.
